Shipping
Transit time depends on where the shipping address is located. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and transit times vary from 1 to 5 business days. Delivery details will be provided in the tracking email you receive once the package has been scanned in by the carrier.
We always try to get every order out as quickly as possible but if you need it sooner we do offer expedited shipping options. Please email us for pricing on Overnight or 2-day Express shipments at contact@cremedelavigne.com.
After your shipment leaves our facility and is scanned in by the carrier you will receive an automated tracking email at night with the tracking information enclosed.
We use FedEx for our deliveries. If you would like a specific carrier used for your order, please email us.
We now offer the convenient option of shipping directly to a hold location! When checking out you will have the option to look up your closest available locations to have your package held for pick up. The carriers will hold it for 5 days before it is returned to the shipper.
We cannot ship to a PO box, as a signature is required upon delivery.

We always want to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Each situation is different, and some might require an additional shipping cost.
